    Your stock arrives

    Your goods arrive at our Dushanbe warehouse and stay there — they don't travel back to you between orders. Everything else happens on our side.

    How do I get my stock to you?

    Drop it off at our Dushanbe warehouse yourself, or have Mavsim Rason collect it from you.

    How soon can you collect from me?

    Check with your manager — it depends on your area and volume.

    Condition check

    Every batch is inspected on arrival: what came in, what condition it's in, and how many units.

    Storage

    Your goods wait for orders in our Dushanbe warehouse. Safe, organised storage — that's what you're paying for.

    An order comes in

    You pass the order to us — from a marketplace, your online store or a physical shop. From here on, the warehouse takes over again.

    The rate is the same both ways — from Dushanbe and to Dushanbe. Above 5 kg, each extra kilogram is charged. Orders received on Saturday ship to some destinations on Monday. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the route, weather and roads.

    Returns

    We take the return, inspect it and put it back in stock, ready to sell again. Reverse logistics is on us.

Who's behind it

Mavsim & K LLC has been in logistics for over 10 years. Mavsim Rason started as its own project in 2023, and in late 2024 the team added fulfillment: end-to-end order handling for marketplaces, online stores and brick-and-mortar retail.

We're fully licensed. Our key partner is Tajik Post, whose network gives us 500+ pickup points across the country.
